Hot | 26 & 2

Traditional Bikram Yoga class of 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises condensed into 60 minutes. This series is practiced in the heat allowing you to go deeper and receive therapeutic effects on your body & mind. This specific sequence is taught at a beginner level and remains unchanged allowing you to become familiar with the postures so you can connect with your body.

Heated | All levels welcome.

Detox Flow

Open-level class combining twists and compression yoga asanas that work deep into the body removing toxins. This sequence combined with inferred heat allows for maximum toxin release, cleansing the body and giving you glowing, radiant skin. A great class for beginners and adaptable for more experienced practitioners.

Warm | Intermediate

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Slow Flow Vinyasa is a unique style of yoga where postures are linked together in a continuous slow & challenging flow that combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Students are encouraged to move at a slower pace.

Fusion Flow

The perfect blend of Vinyasa and the 26 & 2 series. The body is warmed up with salute to the Sun and Moon leading into a more challenging flow with traditional 26 & 2 yoga asanas combined in and opportunity for advanced asanas to explore your own edge and discover inner strength.

Warm | Intermediate

Vin Yin

This combination class begins with a Vinyasa Flow warming up and energizing your body. This is an open-level flow combining movement with breath. After this your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion of class. The Yin Yoga asanas will allow you to stretch deeper and target deep connective and fascia tissue, increasing your flexibility.

Yin Yoga

This class connects you with the feminine energies of YIN (cooling, passive & downward). YIN yoga we hold the asanas for 1-3 minutes or sometimes longer working into the connective tissue, facia, joints, balancing the meridians & opening up the body & mind.

Kundalini Yoga

Master yourself and awaken your full potential using the science of Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga utilizes movement, sound, breath, and meditation to relax and restore your mind and body while improving strength, flexibility, and endurance. It is a sacred and scientific technology that enables you to access and realize your own creative energy to unlock your potential and elevate your consciousness. These classes are for everyone as it is a practice for anyone who wants the skills to cope with the challenges of our times.

Animal Flow

Animal Flow is a ground based movement that is fun and challenging designed to increase flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skills & coordination. Animal Flow includes a wide range of exercises and movement combinations that are are designed to elicit specific results, these include: Wrist Mobilizations, Activations, Form Specific Stretches, Traveling Forms, Switches & Transitions and Flows. This ground based movement is challenging and is recommended that you are physically fit enough to support your own bodyweight in quadrupedal position. Animal Flow is a powerful addition to any workout style complementing your yoga, surfing, parkour, martial arts, dance, gym or any fitness routine.

Freestyle Yoga Flow

Freestyle Yoga Flow is electric and incorporates the freedom to move through different styles of yoga making the flows very creative and intuitive. Focused to work the body, strengthen the mind and synchronize movement with breath. This class moves at a quicker pace but is suitable for all levels.

Glow | Detox Flow

Get ready to GLOW under backlights while you detox you body, mind & soul. Glow Detox Flow is a fun and high energy class were we let sh*t go!!! We play the music loud and sometimes unedited. Wear your bright yoga clothes and get ready for a challenging yoga flow.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a unique style of yoga where postures are linked together in a continuous & challenging flow that combines strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their body.
