Our Studio Policies & Etiquette.

All Sales Are Final.

All sales are final with no returns on all of our services, this includes all of our memberships which include our unlimited packages, our class cards, drop-in classes, workshops, events, private lessons and specialty classes.

Sign Up For Your Classes.

Students must sign up ahead of time for any classes they plan on attending and at a minimum of 1 hour prior to class start time. Students can sign up through our website, our social media platforms or through our App which you can download in studio.

Arrive On Time.

Yogis will be admitted into the studio no earlier than 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio door is locked when class is scheduled to begin so please make sure you arrive in time. Yogis are asked to leave no later than 15 minutes after class to allow sanitation and clean up.

Remove Your Shoes.

Yoga is practiced with bare feet! We prefer you to leave your shoes outside the studio entrance, if you are uncomfortable with leaving them outside you are more than welcome to place them in the cubby’s. By removing your shoes, you’re not only helping with studio cleanliness, but you’re respecting a space that’s held sacred and cherished by others.

No Cell Phones.

For many of us our yoga class is a chance to escape the digital addictions and distractions we face in everyday life, offering you a rare chance to be fully present. By bringing your phone to class (even on silent!), you’re distracting yourself and those around you. Expecting an important call or a do-or-die text? Consider skipping class altogether, and returning when you can fully focus.

Minimize Conversation.

Our studio is considered a space for reflection, self-study, and focus, and maintaining a quiet atmosphere supports this frame of mind. Please no chitchat once class has begun as this is a HUGE distraction for your fellow practitioners and disrespectful to the instructor.

Be Aware Of Your Space.

Our classes can get packed; when the last-minute stragglers file in, you’ll see them scanning the room for a strategic spot to roll out their mat. Be neighborly by making room for them, if it’s available. In a less-packed class, it’s common courtesy to stagger your mats so that the person behind you has a clear view of the mirror. Lastly, mind your steps: it’s polite to avoid walking on a fellow yogi’s mat.

Rolling Out Your Yoga Mat.

We get it rolling out your yoga mat can be an exciting moment as you know what our about to do, but please do so quietly. When you roll out your yoga mat fast it makes a very loud abrupt and startling noise that can bring your fellow students out of their Zen.

Only 1 Student In Class.

No class will be held if only 1 student shows up for that class. Be sure to tell your friends, neighbors and family to join you when you plan on coming for class.
